I bought this book about 4 months ago, after 11 years of battle with infertility issues. I am 45 and was extremely skeptical, but had nothing to lose so with the supervision of a holistic doctor that was recommended, I had followed the 5-step Pregnancy Miracle plan and to my utter amazement I had finally find a solution. Well, 2 weeks ago for the first time in my life, my period was late. I had a positive pregnancy test a week ago. Today my doctor confirmed my pregnancy. I am amazed, shocked and thrilled. I am speechless. It really is a miracle. Pregnancy Miracle by Lisa OLson changed my life in more ways than one.

Aubrey, a lot of women try elevating their hips and laying on their back for about 10 minutes following intercourse to encourage the sperm to move further into the uterus. As for positions during sex, there's no real evidence of any one position working better than another.

is there any position required in making love, for me to become pregnant?

Kat, since you've been trying to conceive for three years, both you and your husband should see your physicians for fertility testing. Most doctors will consider treating you for fertility problems after 12 months without conceiving. You could also buy the Fertell Fertility Test, which is an at-home test that can give you an overview of any problems.

Lancy, check out our How to Conceive a Boy article, which has tips on timing intercourse to increase your chances. You can also try following the Chinese Lunar Pregnancy Calendar and plan to conceive in the month that you corresponds with having a boy.

Gender, however, is determined by the sperm, so although you can try to influence the process, there is no way to guarantee whether you will conceive a boy or a girl.

how to get baby boy? can u please help me i have got already 4 girls i hope u will help me thanks........ from lancy

Chloe, it's hard to wait, but I'd be merely guessing if I said you are pregnant. You timed it correctly since 14 days is usually when a woman ovulates, but even women who use ovulation tests don't always get pregnant. To ease your mind, you can take the First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test four days before your period is due.

Hey, I'm 19, and my bf is 20. I came off the implant nearly 2 months ago, and got my period in the first month. I'm just wondering, I had sex about 13-14 days after my period... do you think I could be pregnant? I know I will know when/if I get my period, but it seems like such a long time away.

Nandita, if your doctor advises you to consider IVF and intrauterine insemination and you have reservations about it, you should ask him or her if it's possible for you to get pregnant naturally. Some couples who have a hard time conceiving use these methods, but it still might be possible for you to conceive without them if you don't have a diagnosis of infertility.

Felisitas,

Check out the article How to Conceive a Boy for tips, but keep in mind that these are just helpful tips. There is no definite way to control your child's gender. You might also want to look at our Chinese Lunar Pregnancy Calendar, which suggests what month to conceive in based on your age.

Hi Tara, it's time to go back to the doctor. It sounds like you may have a problem ovulating regularly, which isn't uncommon. You're doctor will be able to tell you if you need a procedure or different medication. There are many option available for Fertility Drugs that may help.

If that doesn't work, you may need to look into IVF: In Vitro Fertilization or another type of fertilty assistance. But, only your doctor can tell you for sure. If you didn't like your doctor or felt uncomfortable with him, don't hesitate to switch to a different provider who can help you achieve a pregnancy.

Me and my name having been trying to have a baby for almost 3 years. I have been to the OBGYN and the doctor gave me some medcine. He said I wasn't ovulating enough. One day I have to come in for some test and he said the left side of my fallopian tube was blocked a little. Then he was like the stuff they used was going to clear it up some so I would have a chance to be pregnant and it's been almost a year. I don't know what else to do I haven't been back. What do you think is wrong and should I go back. I might need surgery for that problem and everything will be right but I don't know. Tell me what you think.

Thanks , Tara
