MGabriel, I recommend that you should use a backup for the rest of your cycle after taking the antibiotics. I've read some articles that suggest just using a backup during the two middle weeks of your cycle, but if you really want to make sure you don't get pregnant, it's better to do it for the rest of the month.

you should use a back up method for the remainder of the cycle during which you took the antibiotics. So if you stopped the antibiotic on day 10 of your cycle, you should continue using a back up until after you get your period this month.

if it is still within 24-72 hours since you had sex, you can still take the Plan B. Although antibiotics do reduce the effectiveness of the pill, you won't necessarily get pregnant from taking it, but you should take a pregnancy test when your period is due to know for sure.
