Neecee217 - Don't worry to much, when I had my first scan we could only see a sac, you might be to early to see anything else, 2 weeks later I could see baby and hear the heartbeat at 6weeks and 3 days

Neecee, as your doctor told you, an empty sac often means that there is no baby or that a miscarriage has or is going to occur. Sometimes a woman is told that the sac is empty but goes on to have a healthy pregnancy. Your doctor will need to give you more details. Good luck.

i am not sure but i was pregnant and the doctor said i was when he did the sonogram but after about a week later he said that the only thing was the sack and no baby what is this call
