Tashae', do you have anyone to help you with your to-do list or are there things you can, like sorting and folding baby clothes, that you can do from your bed? Even though you can't do everything you'd like to, getting a few smaller things accomplished could help you feel better.
-- Contributed by: HollySwansonI am 37 weeks and tired. I can hardly keep my eyes open. My child feels like it is trying to push its way out of my vagina. HELP!!! There has to be something I can do. The doctors wont let me go back to work until after the child is born and they say that my lack of energy comes from me waiting all month for the birth of my child and the fact that I am unable to go to my demanding job. (I did not have energy problems until they placed me on bedrest the beginning of the month.) I have a list of to-dos and no energy to do it. The list is growing and I feel like I will not have things ready for the baby.
-- Contributed by: Tashae'Im 39 weeks now and I have more energy then ever. Im not having any problems and it seems to be the easiest and most relaxed I've been throughout the pregnacy. Theres no way I can give up or get bored because when my baby arrives, it will all be worth while.

-- Contributed by: shellcakeNeerja, although sleep problems can cause a lot of difficulties in the last month of pregnancy, they are usually not enough to get you out on leave. Unless there is a medical problem, you probably won't get to take your leave until your baby is born.
But, there are some other things you can do to help your sleep. Check out our Natural Sleep Strategies during Pregnancy and Maternity Pillow articles for tips
