I was fourteen when I found out I was pregnant. I was in love with a boy named Chase, who was two years older than me. He had a girlfriend but he was cheating on her with me. I was a vigin. Never been kissed. I had sex on that one night, for fifteen min. He qut talking to me after that. Now I am fifteen and have a baby girl named Abigale. She is beautiful, and I love her. But my life would have been so much easier if I had waited.

most pregnancy tests are valid on the first day of your missed period, so you should have been able to get a positive test by now if you were pregnant. If your period is still late and you have any concerns, give your doctor a call.

i am 2 weeks delayed and my breast is larger than before,i used pregnancy test to know if im pregnant,but the result is negative.i have a liver problem.do you think im pregnant?

Confused, since your period is late, you should take a a pregnancy test. The symptoms you mention can be some of the early signs of pregnancy so it's possible that you are pregnant. A test will answer most of your questions.

I am 3days late for my period. I have been drinking and eating like crazy. I am extremely thirsty at night and I urinate frequently. Should I be worried?

Celeste, have you seen your doctor yet? If not, now is a good time to go for a Blood-based Pregnancy Test. As for the early signs of pregnancy, these can be different for every woman. I had a full term pregnancy and never got morning sickness once, so you may just be one of the lucky one.

All those positive tests tell me that you are pregnant, but so far don't have any of the side effects besides tender breasts. With any luck, this will be an easy pregnancy and you won't get hit by any of the typical pregnancy problems.

I took an EPT, Answer and a generic ept a total of 6 tests and several of the early detection dip strips and all come out positive.The tender and sore breast is an issue and was wondering about how long will they ach like this?Is this a good thing cuz i dont remember with the first 2 hurting like they do..No discharge or anything like that, just tender sore and feel full..I get some light cramping also, is that also a good sign.Im afraid to get to hopeful.I was told morning sick is a goog indicator of a full term pregnancy and if no morning sickness they i might miscarry???Thanks in advance...

everyone experiences the symptoms of pregnancy differently, so you could have hot flashes. The cramping and discharge are also possible signs. Since you are close to getting your period, you can take the First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test four days before your period is due.

I was wondering if hot flashes could be an early sign that i might be pregnant??I'm due to get my period the 4 of Feb. We r trying to concieve and first day of my LMP was the 1-7-09.I think i ovulated the 21 of Jan. I also have tenderness in my breasts.I took hpt and all said negative.thanks in advance

Veronica, no, position doesn't matter. You are just as likely to get pregnant from being on top as you are on the bottom.

Veronica, if you have a regular cycle, you probably ovulated around November 2, so yes, you could be pregnant. You should take a pregnancy test when your period is due around November 16.

i have a question i had my last period on october 19 and i had unprotected sex on november 1st i was on top is it possible i could be pregnant?

Mzee, since her period is late, she should take a pregnancy test to find out if she is pregnant. Based on the test, she should contact her doctor for prenatal care and a blood-based test if she is pregnant.

If she's not pregnant, you should both consult a doctor about fertility. Since you have been trying for several years without conceiving, one or both of you may have an undiagnosed fertility problem.

Hi,

My wife has been getting MP after every 21 days at a deduction of 7 days each month. It has been regular. She was supposed to have her MP by 21 October but she is yet to see any sign up tp now. We have not tested or consulted a doctor since it has taken us some years trying to get a child.

What do you think is possible cause for that? What would you advise? I am keen to have you input.

Jennifer, I think it's unlikely that you would have that kind of discharge from your breasts if you are pregnant, especially this early on. Breast milk doesn't usually come in until after the baby is born. Sore breasts and enlarged nipples are more common.

Since your next period is due now, you should take a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant.

Alyssa, you probably ovulated around October 3 so you would be unlikely to have conceived from sex on either the 30 or 11th.

i have a question, i have pcos, and i am taking 1500 of metformin, i have had periods on my own for the past 6 months, and the last two have been 28 days apart. i started my period sept 22, but 3 days prior to that i spotted. im not sure when i ovulated since test dont come out accurate with the pcos. but since oct 14th i have been tender breasted and i had a bit of discharge come out of my breast. then again yesterday the 15th but it looked like water down milk this time, and had at least three drops come out. is that normal? could this mean i am pregnant? i also started taking prenatal vitamins to try to concieve but i had only taken my 3rd one the first day this occured, could that be the cause of it?

Alyssa, most pregnancy tests can be trusted on the day your period is due. There are some early tests, including the First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test, that can be taken up to four days before, so you can try it as of the 16th.

Lisa, assuming you are regular, you should have ovulated around October 12, which would be too late for you to conceive from sex on the 3 unless you had an irregular cycle this month and ovulated early. Still, it's a good idea to take a pregnancy test when your period is due. You can take the First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test four days before your period is due, so you can try it on the 24th.

i had sex on oct 3 and he came in me. my period should b comming on the 26 of october i been really tired and although i havent really had any symptoms is there a posibility i could be pregnant? i need help.

Cindy, it's possible you are pregnant since you have some of the early signs of pregnancy. Maybe you ovulated later last month and are not far enough along to get a positive pregnancy test. Wait a few days and test again. If it's still negative, you are probably not pregnant.

I know my last period was around the first week of september, like the 2nd. I started spotting yesterday oct 10 and im not sure if its my period. Usually my periods have always been really heavy the first day I come on, but I have been very light and today its still very light. Yesterday I did have really bad cramps. I have had nasuea for the past week usually in the morning and afternoon, and I seem to be tired more. My nipples have been really sensitive for about a week, and I get minor headaches more often. Do you think Im pregnant? I took a pregnancy test a week and two weeks ago they both said negative.

Hunner, by mess around you mean sex, right? So if you had sex two months ago and got regular periods, you shouldn't be pregnant. Unless the periods were actually implantation bleeding and standard Pregnancy Bleeding. But these would be hard to mistake for two periods. To be safe, take a home pregnancy test.

its 9-25-08, and i remember messing around with a guy about 2and a half months ago. i havent messed around since then, but i have had 2 periods. lately all of the sudden ive been feeling nauseated ALL the time, i have slight cramping, my period is about 3 days late, and worst, im only 16. i am a bit "thick" in my lower belly but ive always been thick. i dont know what to do.

krt07, most home pregnancy tests shouldn't be taken until the day your period is due, but the First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test can be used four days before your period is due, so you can try it in another day or two.

my breast are very tender and they have been that way for a week now but they also get sore before my period which is due in 6days. I also experienced some of the other symptoms you described. But i can't wait until i miss my period to know is it okay to take a home pregnancy test now or is it still to early?

Saveen, most pregnancy tests are accurate around the day your period is due, but the First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test can be taken four days before your period is due. Don't bother taking a test earlier or calling the doctor because you won't get accurate results before then.

Emily, if your period is late, you should take a pregnancy test. The symptoms you mention are some of the early signs of pregnancy, but they could also be a sign of PMS or the flu or a combination of several things.

If you're not pregnant, you should consider seeing a fertility specialist. Couples are consider to have an infertility problem after trying unsuccessfully for 12 months to conceive.

hi! my fiance and i have been trying to get pregnant for a good two years now and nothing has happened i took a great amount of pregnancy test and all of them came back negative,but for a week now i have been having sore breasts,cramps and a slight back ache..and my period hasnt come yet. i know he doesnt have a problem because he has a child of his own..what can this be?? i was thinking about taking ovulex but i wasnt sure if i should try it..can you please help me!

Tina, anytime there is direct contact between a vagina and penis, a pregnancy is possible since there is usually some sperm present in the pre-ejaculate. The chances of it having are lower than if he had ejaculated inside you, but to be sure you should take a pregnancy test around the time your period is due.

It sounds to me like you definitely need to take a home pregnancy test. If you're not in a monogamous relationship, you may also want to think about being tested for STDs.

have you taken a pregnancy test yet? It sounds like your period is late, so you can take a test now and get accurate results. That's your first step.

If it's positive, check out What to Do After a Positive Pregnancy Test and contact your OB/Gyn for prenatal visits. If it's negative, you should still call your doctor to figure out why you're not getting a period and to discuss birth control if you want to avoid pregnancy.

was your recent period as heavy as normal or could it have been spotting? Many women experience spotting during pregnancy, which is usually a lighter than a normal period.

If it was a regular period, you may have something else going on. The symptoms you mention are some of early signs of pregnancy, but they could also be a sign that you are coming down with the flu or a stomach bug. The best thing for you to do is to take a home pregnancy test. If the results are negative, which they might be since you think you just had your period, you should give your doctor a call about the other symptoms you have.

Today i fainted when i was walking back to my kitchen tabe. I just dropped and couldnt control it.Ive been having these horrible head aches an its not helping fighting with my boyfriend these past few days.I wont lie we always have unprotected sex weve been together for 3 yrs and we live together an now i just got off my period a week ago y am i gettin all these feelings now. is it possible when i was on my period i was already pregnant.? Hi Mandie, Clomid can cause several side effects, breast tendernes being one of them. It's hard to say exactly whether you are experiencing some of the earliest signs of pregnancy, but it certainly won't hurt to take another test.

If you are not pregnant now, you should try to track your ovulation so you have a good idea of when you might conceive. This will save you the trouble of worrying about it every month. Good luck!

I am on clomid...and last this mth I only spotted for 3 days...and very very light at that.....now my nipples are so sore to the touch and I am so tired..and feel nausea all the time but not getting sick....I took 2 test the day after my period and they were -...so now its been about 3weeks since I did that....I dont know if I should think about taking another test or what?

I have the same symptoms as you, nausea, dizziness, headache, back and neck ache and urinate frequently ... I have taken two tests and both negative. I think i took them way too soom. I had spotted for 3 days VERY LIGHT. brownish/pinkish Im almost positive im preg. i am waiting 1 more week to take another test. it should show up then if i am.. Jennifer, sure, it's possible that you're pregnant and you are right around the time where you can take a home pregnancy test and trust the results. Assuming you have a regular cycle, your period is due now so this is a good time to test.

Although you do seem to have some of the early signs of pregnancy, it would be unusual for you to have symptoms this early on, if you are pregnant. It's not impossible, though, since you may be very in tune with your body.
